Warminster Baptist Church is learning how to do church differently.
Acts 2:42 (NIV) "They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer." We are currently seeking to implement this in the following ways:
2. Fellowship: during Lockdowns we will not be meeting for services at the church building. In addition the Covid-19 Government guidelines mean that church services can have limited numbers, cannot include singing, music played is limited and fellowship is at a distance. For the first part of 2021 we will continue to meet via Zoom. For further information please contact Hilary (Church Admin Assistant) via the email (wbcad1@hotmail.com).
We have also encouraged small groups to meet in homes, when allowed, whilst keeping social distancing (e.g. up to 6 people).
A weekly newsletter is available to those who regularly keep in touch with us, including bible verses and prayer updates. If you'd like to be included please contact our Minister, Sue Percey, via email
3. We can still pray for one another. Please contact us and we can pray for you.
4. If you need urgent Practical help contact us (e.g. picking up essential food, collecting a prescription).
Our Mission Statement: To glorify God, making disciples of Jesus Christ, through the power of the Holy Spirit.
